Terms of service
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Agreement
By using BlinkTest websites, downloads, or previews, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.
The product
BlinkTest is entertainment and personal practice for focus and memory. It is not medical advice, therapy, or a clinical assessment. If you have health concerns, talk with a qualified professional.
Accounts and eligibility
Some features may require an account later. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and not share access in a way that breaks these terms.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse BlinkTest. That includes attempting to cheat, harass others, scrape our systems at scale, or bypass security.
You will not reverse engineer the service to extract assets or source code except where the law allows.
Intellectual property
BlinkTest names, logos, visuals, and code are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. You cannot resell, redistribute, or imply endorsement without permission.
Beta and updates
Early builds may change quickly. We can add, modify, or remove features. We will try to avoid surprises, but ongoing improvement is part of the deal.
Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every round will feel perfect on every device. Where the law allows, we limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend access if we believe these terms were violated or if we need to protect the community. You may stop using BlinkTest at any time.
Governing law
Unless a different rule applies where you live, these terms follow sensible consumer-protection defaults. If a section is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
